With the release of Inception and the continual good word of mouth the film is getting I thought it best to take a look at one of the more minor aspects of the film – the score. Hans Zimmer is one of the great composers who has always been applauded for his constant brilliance every time he works on a film. There are so many brilliant scores that I can’t imagine to include all of his best works in the poll; so if there’s a score that you’re particular to that I’ve left out of the poll don’t only vote for ‘OTHER‘ but also comment which score you would give the nod to. Many memorable ones there but none as masterful as Gladiator's! I also enjoyed Sherlock Holmes'
listening to Inception I think it might actually be better than Gladiator.
The Thin Red Lien is just so beautiful and mesmerizing and it fist the visuals of that movie so well.
CMrok, agreed, TTRL's is the best. But why didn't you vote for it?!

His score for "The Prince of Egypt" (not the schmultzy songs by Stephen Schwartz) is absolutely brilliant. Look up "Death of the Firstborn" on youtube and you'll see what I mean. The most sublime 1:10 you'll ever experience.
