So, every Tuesday is when the new DVDs are released and crazy DVD freaks such as myself go crazy trying to get a copy of that great movie/tv show that we want to watch 20 times a week, find out about those on the set stories from the featurettes or just have it in our collection so that we can call ourselves movie buffs.
However, since not everyone falls under that category, I feel it’s also important to mention those top notch DVDs that we buy because we missed them when they first came out, or we are strapped for cash, or because we just didn’t think it was worth the NEW price tag.
So here I am scouring the internet for some nice deals.

A great film starring Matt Damon, Angelina Jolie, John Tuturro, Alec Baldwin and Robert De Niro. The film is also directed by Robert De Niro and it is an awesome flick. It takes us through the birth of the CIA through an agent Edward Wilson (Matt Damon). One of my favourite movies if 2006 and even though I don’t think I want to watch it everyday it definitely is worth the price tag of US$8.96 |

Here is one of my favourite family comedies. The Addams Family is back and they have a new addition to the family. As the dynamic in the house changes we get to laugh at all of the craziness going on. Definitely something you would gouge out a patron’s left eye if you had to to get your hands on it for US$8.97 |

Now this is one of those films that I always thought was kind of cool. I like Dave Chappell and the movie is directed by Michel Gondry. I love the performances and I think the film was done amazingly where you get some insight into how Chappelle made this project happen and how he silently promoted it and then we get some awesome music and funny as hell jokes. Only US$8.96 for it… |
