wow, I think I had proposed that a while back, but my cohosts shot me down.. maybe I'll make it a topic again and see if I get any bites.
I really
enjoyed Rubber. In many ways it is
almost too smart for its own good. It is
a killer tire film that is really a social commentary on Hollywood movies, and the
audiences that enjoy them; which is far from the popcorn fair that you expect
the film to be based on the premise. I
can see how it would divide audiences though.
Yes it is quite a deep film for the simple idea and execution that it is.
