It’s been a spy/action movie filled week for me, with only a few mor hours until Skyfall by the time this pose goes live I’ll have completed my James Bond marathon and I’m not sure if that’s a good or a bad thing.
Approximately six weeks to Christmas, when I’ll be back in Jamaica for a week, and I’m considering filling out that week with a Christmas Movie Marathon, I’ve made a shortlist – so please comment below with any suggestions if you have to add to the list. Otherwise as you were and here’s what I’ve been watching:
FIRST TIME WATCHED
PITCH PERFECT (2012) – a fun film but nowhere near as good as some of my compatriots were leading me to believe, I do look forward to revisiting it on DVD though.
CHICKEN WITH PLUMS (2011) – a nonsensical French mess of a movie that failed to meet any measure of goodness.
REWATCHED
V FOR VENDETTA (2006) – “Are you like a… crazy person?”
OCTOPUSSY (1983) – ” You must be joking! Double-0 seven on an island populated exclusively by women? We won’t see him till dawn!”
A VIEW TO A KILL (1985) – “Ha ha, you amuse me, Mr. Bond.”
THE LIVING DAYLIGHTS (1987) – “We have nothing to declare.”
LICENCE TO KILL (1989) – “Watch the birdy, you bastard.”
GOLDENEYE (1995) – “Someday, you’ll have to make good on your innuendos.”
TOMORROW NEVER DIES (1997) – “The distance between insanity and genius is measured only by success.”
THE WORLD IS NOT ENOUGH (1999) – “I thought Christmas only came once a year.”
DIE ANOTHER DAY (2002) – “Time to face gravity.”
