Well I’m no longer sick and with that over the Bond-a-thon that I’ve been doing continues with kung fu kicks and judo chops of Roger Moore running around the world laying every lady he can find. I’m happy to report (for those of you concerned) that Douglas and Damion made it through Sandy without any troubles, and I think that’s about the end of the reporting…
Here’s what I spent my time watching:
FIRST TIME WATCHED
ARGO (2012) – a film which grabs the tension in the first few minutes and refuses to let go… great film.
CAT PEOPLE (1942) – boring movie where people tell more than show and frustratingly so.
DARK SHADOWS (2012) – fun silly comedy, great performance by Eva Green.
REWATCHED
WEST SIDE STORY (1961) – “You want me to be an American, don’t you?”
DIAMONDS ARE FOREVER (1971) – “Well, as long as the collar and cuffs match…”
LIVE AND LET DIE (1973) – “He always did have an inflated opinion of himself.”
THE MAN WITH THE GOLDEN GUN (1974) – “One bullet against my six?”
THE SPY WHO LOVED ME (1977) – “Keeping the British end up, sir.”
HALLOWEEN (1978) – “I realized what was living behind that boy’s eyes was purely and simply… *evil*.”
LOOPER (2012) – “This time travel crap, just fries your brain like a egg…”
THE COUNT
